I am a little worried.....

 

I know summer puts a strain on everyone's time. We are doing more, away more, have more kids around, etc. 

In return, I am having LESS to post and share about for June's theme - EEK!!!! So far there have not been a lot of photos submitted. :(

I love this photo project. I love to see the snapshots and stories that come into my inbox. But it all depends on you being willing to share. Just a tiny bit of you. I'd love this to continue and grow so hopefully I will receive enough photos to fill the month. 

 

I don't do this blog for money or anything like that. I just wanted to do it. I just felt that I "needed" to do it. I know some themes have been easier than other but it's the ones that maybe we view as a bit hard or tough - maybe those are the ones we really need to do and share :)

I know with Summer coming on we are all going to get a bit busier. The enjoyable days of summer are just about here so let's keep the topic somewhat light and easy! 

What's the common question we all get asked when we meet someone? 

"So, what do you do?"

Here is a time when "labels" can be placed on us or we can place them on ourselves. And all labels aren't bad. I am just saying this question is one of those times that we have to choose a category or a word to tell people what we do.

SO - What do you do? What's your profession? Are you a stay at home mom? Are you a nurse? Are you a business owner? Are you a teacher? are you a photographer, secretary, crosswalk guard, etc? Are you several of those things? pick one to highlight and snap a photo. I think this is a great way to document your "work place" and/or how you look at this time.

Who I am with WhipperBerry

I came across a wonderful series that the Whipperberry girls are doing - Who I am.

Here's what Heather had to say,  "As a blogger I have found such joy in finding myself in a way that I never knew I could.  At times my eyes have been clouded by so many things... responsibilities, self-doubt, comparing myself to others, sometimes losing "me" to my role of wife and mother.  I started to not see the beauty in everyday life.  Through blogging the clouds have lifted, I can see the beauty in life, and giggle at the silliness of it all.  When I expressed these thoughts to some other bloggers who I greatly admire, they echoed the same feelings.
