If the title, "Fall/Winter/Summer/Spring" sounds confusing, it's only because our weather IS.....confusing that is. Around here, it's not out of the question to have a temperature change of over 40 degrees in a few short hours. Just yesterday, in fact, we had early morning temps in the 70's, and afternoon lows in the 40's.
I've worn bathing suits at Christmas and winter boots during Easter. As you can see in the picture, it was definitely warm during that particular Christmas. It's pretty much like they say......."In Mississippi, if you don't like the weather.....wait a few hours, because it'll change soon enough".....except for summer, because summer is ALWAYS unbearably HOT!

ReplyDeleteYou would be so sad here then, because the humidity is a killer. During the summer, it literally takes your breath away. How I long for cooler weather. :-)
DeleteWe lived in Virginia, so I know about humidity. Here In Holland there is humidity as well, but not hot. :0) They say you get used to it? Is that true?
DeleteTo a certain extent, although there are still summers when I walk outside and it literally takes my breath away. Not to mention, I've never gotten used to breaking into a sweat between the house and car, lol. What's that like, with humidity and no heat? I can't imagine. From your pictures, Holland looks absolutely gorgeous!
